OverpayAlert is a product of PrinceAI. PrinceAI is the trading name of Khalid Albalawi, a sole proprietor. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Try before you pay. Every new workspace starts with a free trial, with no payment details needed. Please use the trial to decide whether OverpayAlert is right for you.
Subscriptions. Paid plans are generally not refundable. As an exception, you can get a full refund of your first subscription payment (monthly or annual) if you ask within 14 days of that payment and no invoices have been processed in your workspace since then. Invoices received through email forwarding count as processed, even if nobody signed in.
Credit packs. You can get a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used.
How we check. We confirm eligibility using your workspace’s processing records, which show each invoice and when it was processed.
How to request a refund. Email support@overpayalert.com with your workspace name. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Other payments. Renewal payments, upgrade charges, and payments that do not meet the conditions above are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or our Terms of Service provide one.
